- Owner's Suite: Premium intimate seating for up to 60 guests, offering a VIP experience with exclusive trackside views.

We recommend grandstand seats near the finish line for horse racing. For concerts and special events, the indoor event space offers excellent acoustics and sightlines.

- Main Parking Lot: Large surface lot directly on venue grounds. Free for most events. Accessible parking is available near the main entrance.
- Location: Easily accessible from I-71/I-75 in Northern Kentucky, approximately 15–20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and close to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is available at the main entrance. Both Uber and Lyft serve the Florence area well. We recommend arriving early on event days to secure a preferred parking spot.
